Meet Jessica Dyson

Jessica Dyson (she/her) is our Business Operations Manager.

Jessica is the Business Operations Manager at Enterprise Learning Projects. 

Jess has a passion social justice and for improving outcomes for individuals and communities. She has extensive program management and operational development skills which she has applied for over 10 x years in the community services sector.

Before moving to the Northern Territory, Jess provided operational management for youth diversion programs for North Queenslanders in the Youth Justice system and facilitated opportunities for businesses to connect with South-East Queensland school students to provide mentoring and work readiness programs. 

Prior to joining us at ELP, Jess had been providing operational management for community development programs in remote East Arnhem Communities, implementing service delivery strategies in line with community goals. Jess is excited to work with ELP to ensure best practice business processes are in place and to provide continued support for remote entrepreneurs.
